(hereinafter referred to as “Mayasoft”) describes the way we collect, store and use information about individuals who visit this website. By using this website, filling out the contact form and submitting it to Mayasoft, you consent to the collection and use of the information specified in this information text.

3. Method and Legal Reason for Collecting Personal Data:
Your personal data is obtained in all kinds of verbal, written or electronic media, in order to provide our services in line with the purposes stated above and in this context, to ensure that Mayasoft can fully and accurately fulfill its contractual and legal responsibilities. Your personal data collected for this legal reason can be processed and transferred for the purposes specified in articles (1) and (2) of this text, within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK.
4. Rights of the Personal Data Owner Listed in Article 11 of the KVKK:
As personal data owners, if you submit your requests regarding your rights to Mayasoft using the methods set out below, Mayasoft will finalize them free of charge within 30 days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if a fee is stipulated by the Personal Data Protection Board, the fee in the tariff determined by Mayasoft will be charged. In this context, personal data owners;
a- Learning whether personal data is processed or not,
b- Requesting information if personal data has been processed,
c- Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
d- Knowing the third parties to whom personal data is transferred at home and abroad,
e- Requesting correction of personal data if they are incomplete or incorrectly processed,
f- Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the KVKK,
g- Requesting that the transactions carried out in accordance with paragraphs (e) and (f) be notified to third parties to whom personal data is transferred,
h- Objecting to the emergence of a result against the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automatic systems,
i- They have the right to demand compensation for the damage if they suffer damage due to unlawful processing of personal data.
In accordance with the 1st paragraph of Article 13 of the KVKK, you can submit your request to exercise your above-mentioned rights to Mayasoft in writing or by other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
In this context, the channels and procedures through which you can submit your application in writing to our Company within the scope of Article 11 of the KVKK are explained below.

Your applications submitted to us will be answered within thirty days from the date your request reaches us, depending on the nature of the request, in accordance with the 2nd paragraph of Article 13 of the KVKK. Our answers will be delivered to you in writing or electronically in accordance with the provision of Article 13 of the KVKK.
You can submit your request to Mayasoft, in a clear and understandable manner, using the methods explained above, to exercise your above-mentioned rights and to include the necessary information to identify you and your explanations regarding your right to exercise the rights specified in Article 11 of the KVKK.
